Day_Time function needs to be implemented when ISaGRAF is ported to a new system.

If you forget to fill in the code of the day_time function when making a porting of ISaGRAF kernel to your hardware, the function result will be 'function not implemented' at run-time !!

File to be updated is taus0sys.c

Note that another solution consists in creating a new C function that proposes the same services.
